Tim was on time and very professional. He arrived at our house and promptly prepared for the work including placing all protection for the floor and furniture to avoid damage. The work was done efficiently and much more rapidly than I expected. Although the work was extensive, I am happy with the outcome and very pleased that it was well managed.

First year inspection of our air-conditioning unit. Technician, Damian, was very professional from the start when he arrived on time, explained what he was going to do for the appointment and cleaned up whatever he needed to. He was very courteous let me ask any questions I wanted and gave answers quickly. Truly appreciate the text before he arrived to let me know when he was arriving and also sending a picture of himself to let me know who will be arriving! Alaskan Technician Nick arrived before I could read texts notifying he was coming. Called Alaskan at 4:15 with cooling problem and was given a 5-8 p.m. window. Nick was here at 4:40. Significant Freon leak problem diagnosed and repaired by 5:30. He wore mask and gloves and demonstrated Covid-19 care. Super response and service from Alaskan as always. Alaskan has been our go-to HVAC service agency for 13 years now.

I needed to have my AC Serviced, didn’t want to use my old Company, so looked online for a new one. After searching through the list, I came across Alaskan AC, and I felt like they would be the right Fit for me. WOW, and Thank You Lord, It was. IM SOOOO SATISFIED that I called Alaskan AC, I was GREATLY PLEASED.. Mr Mario Murillo did an AWESOME JOB..He explained everything, and gave me the prices before he started.
