Get directionsMy A/C went out at the house and having an older modeled home I was really worried about anyone being able to fix it. I honestly thought I was going to have to buy a new A/C unit. Luckily I did my research and found Alaskan Air Conditioning. The guy showed up right in time. I knew when they were supposed to be to my house because of the tracking service they offer showing you exactly when and where the technician is. I personally loved that they sent a picture of the gentleman ahead of time so I knew who to expect. John was ... read more
July 21st just had Alaskan Air out to fix my AC blowing hot air. The girl on the phone said it would be a $78 service call but if we have them fix it goes towards the repair . Todd Coleman the repair guy told me it was the capacitor and it would cost me $467 for the part. I was in shock and asked what it did he said it keeps the fan and the compressor working. He said that if I would of had this looked at in the Spring time they would of caught it. So I said oh it would have been cheaper he said no it is still a $467 part. I... read more
I have been using Alaskan Air Conditioning for 15 years. They installed an Air Conditioner for my parents 26 years ago. I have also purchased a new unit from them. I have my service every year and just love the technicians that come out. If I had to choose a favorite it would be Earl or William. This company services my family and my friends. People are quick to post negative reviews so I love truly great ones. Keep up the great work. P.S. The radio ads are hilarious. Disfunctionally Funny!!!
I had my annual A/C check up last week Monday July 1st. The technician said I needed a Ultra Violet Bacteria Protection for 1776.80. He did not have it on the truck said he would come back that day or Wed. to install. The A/C tuneup check and the install for the Ultra Violet Bacteria Protection were on one invoice. He stated in order to complete the tune up check I had to sign and pay the invoice. He called me at 7:15pm the same day said he could not do today (July 1st) and would be out on Wed. July 3rd between 3-6pm. Wed. c... read more

I bought an? AC unit from Alaskan Air Conditioning and Heating several years ago and almost immediately? had problems, which continue today. They came out and serviced it when it stopped working and said the vents needed to be re-sealed. Afterward?, the unit was still not working. Then they found the freon was low so I paid to have it re-upped. Next year?, the ?unit still not working... so they put in more freon and did a ?leak test. Cost so far for repairs- $4,000. Next year, still not working properly. The technician? said... read more
I know this is for Phoenix and my review is for the Tucson branch but they are under the same license number. My A/c was not working at the normal performance as it usually did, not saying it was not cooling at all just not great. This week was the week they projected to get into the triple digits. So my wife and I figured that I should get it looked at and fixed before the heat, since I have 2 small kids age 9 and 6 as well as pets. So I called on Sunday and saw this company was available 24/7 no extra service call fee or r... read more
Alaskan Air Conditioning did a repair on my old unit on Portobello Avenue In Mesa and repair was done but warranty period for the repair changed from 6 months (before work was done and I have a picture of this advertised special and price) to 1 month after repair was completed for $993.00. I am requesting a refund of 80% from my credit card payment, as warranty period is only 17% (1 month/6 months = 16.7%) of what was promised during initial selection of service work to be performed. I need your members to be aware of this c... read more
