The customer service from the crew at Alaskan A/C (Juan, Ryan, Jerry, the whole team) is top notch. They're always timely, professional, and reasonably priced. I've referred family and friends and will continue to do so.

Showed up on time, very nice and actually brought a blanket to put under the attic stairs. Nice! Knew exactly what the issue was and explained it to me so I could understand.

Called the Alaskan because I had no heating system working. It was just cooling and the fan. The owner William came to service. Walked in 2:32PM and left 2:40PM recorded on my Ring door system. After 5min he said he is done and asked for $78 charge. I went to get my credit card and checked the air. Still was not warm. When I asked about the issue has not been solved he said it will be another charge. He left and the associate on the phone hanged up on me. A bit pricey maybe, but the customer service and response and repair times were undeniably good. Their professional technician even found the root problem (which fixed the unit), despite a prior inspection indicating a completely different part had failed. Honestly, while it would be nice if I weren't so expensive to repair, I have no actual complaints to direct at Alaskan.
