This place is a scam on all levels! My mom had this place come out to service her ac unit. They came out replaced a $20 dollar part and charged my mom over $700.00. when my mom asked for a receipt the tech pulled out a tablet and told her they were a paper less company and told her to sign on the tablet. My mom said well what does this mean? He said mam just sign here hitting the tablet he said don't pay any attention to that and started to get upset at her because she was questioning him about what she was signing.He did no... read more
You want fast friendly quality service. These are your people. The owner is awesome and understanding and will go out of his way to do anything.
Extremely responsive and helpful. The tech was very thorough and the phone representative was extremely kind and polite.
They came out same day like they advertised but spent less than 15 min replaced one part the cost less then $20 and charged over $700. They will take advantage of anyone in need!!!
