I had Alaskan AC come out to service my unit due to a small freon leak. It was a single joint that needed to be soldered and then needed to be recharged. As a welding contractor myself I understand what a service call actually takes as far as time and money. I'm also familiar with the Hvac industry. *******, service manager came out in the late evening. Replaced a part that was under warranty, labor however was $387, he was here for maybe 90 minutes, thats $253 an hour. Was VERY arrogant. And they installed my NEW unit 3 years ago. NEVER AGAIN. stay away or be careful.

Worst experince ever! This is a predatory sales company that baits and switches seniors.We recently purchased a home in a retirement community and have a home warranty. We called Alaskan for maintenance on our AC units as required by home warranty. Since we have 3 units, we had to pay 3 maintenance fees. We paid the tech before we received the reports via email. The service tech told us our units were beyond repair and he will not provide maintenance on them. All 3 units work! The tech said a supervisor will go over reports ... read more

My ac was blowing hot air on Sunday night. I called Alaskan AC, I was told to turn my ac unit off so it would be cool enough for the technician to work on it. They came out within a couple of hours of my call. The technician **** ******* came out that night went out to the unit and came back in approximately 20 minutes later and said he did a rejuvenation on the unit and the invoice was $649.00. I was certainly happy with the service. I was also thankful that I hired a real expert technician for my air conditioning and heating repair needs. Everything was fixed excellently within an hour. I liked the quality of the repair.

Technician fully explained what the problem was. Very professional and polite. Actually came early and called first to let me know he was on his way. Great job.
