Technician was excellent. Was on time, very respectful and explained everything he did very clearly so I could understand. Made suggestions for future and I felt like he was very caring about his customers. I plan on this company to be the one I call for any maintenance or issues with the a/c.

They replaced the old unit entirely. Taking it out and putting in the new one went smoothly and expertly. Really amazed by how much the technician knew, how well they paid attention, and how professional they were.

Alaskan in ******:****** arrived on time and diagnosed my 3-ton central AC. From past experience, I was 90% sure it was the capacitor. I tried to get specific answers from him, however he was mostly quite vague with answers. He did say that the entire electrical system was fried. He also said the repair could take up to 4 hours. He used some type of tablet a lot. He came up with two offers.
