On July ******* we had a new Daiken Furnace/AC installed. A repair estimate was provided. It was for installation of a new TXV valve at a cost of $1800.00 with no guarantee it would fix the problem. Roger, I think you got the wrong company for this review, we can not find your name anywere in our system nor do we sell Diaken. We only sell our brand, Grizzly. We also don't have a manager here named Chad.
Amazing company. They have gone out of their way at least 2 times to make sure our AC unit works correctly!
Very professional. On time. Performed the checkout and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Felt like he was very honest and accurate about AC issue. Would definitely use Alaskan again.

**** was great in explaining the issues, and worked really fast. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. We had one part that need fixed, knowing this isnt a long term solution I have no doubt we will go with Alaskan when we need to replace the whole unit.
Alaskan air conditioning ************ has been a great technician very caring and wants to make sure the system is working properly when he leaves I usually dont give 5 stars but Im doing it for him because of the professional he is, and wants to make sure you are pleased when when he is finished. I know they are very busy this time of year it took a couple of days to get to us do to the storms, which I wasnt very please. He did get here ahead of schedule and did a through check of the system.
