Alaskan air conditioning ************ has been a great technician very caring and wants to make sure the system is working properly when he leaves I usually dont give 5 stars but Im doing it for him because of the professional he is, and wants to make sure you are pleased when when he is finished. I know they are very busy this time of year it took a couple of days to get to us do to the storms, which I wasnt very please. He did get here ahead of schedule and did a through check of the system.

I really dont know where to start with this. I am beyond infuriated with this company and hope to save some of you trouble at this point is the only reason for writing this review. I have called Alaskan out over the years for simple service repairs and all went well as far as I could tell. ****** was my service technician for 5 years and never had a problem. All seemed well. DO NOT use Alaskan Air Conditioning. I was a customer for 10 years purchasing a new air conditioner in March 2014. I also purchased the alaskan club membership. I had good service while another manager was in place and also **** came out. But on April 2, 2024 I had my air conditioning check scheduled and they sent out **** technician .
