Terrible Community Manager Long story should, The community manager was rude, unprofessional, and very condescending. I have a long review posted elsewhere, but this site says it’s too long. The manager was so rude I left there in shock. She made so many comments inferring about our financial situation and comments about communication, when the whole issue was her. I wouldn’t recommend for a homeless person to live there for free.

Verified Renter Alanza is located right off the freeway in Phoenix that puts residents in a great locations that’s 15-20 minutes from Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale and 10-15 minutes from Downtown Phoenix. In addition, the neighborhood north of the apartments have a ton of delicious food options in every direction. Overall location is fairly quiet with occasional noise that’s rarely bothersome.
