Verified Renter The staff have impressed me with their willingness to help when they can, kindness, and professionalism. Some communication issues, maintenance issues with plumbing, and apartment was not fully ready on move in. They seem to be working hard though and want to help. Not as quiet as I would like, but I am not able to hear my neighbors talking, snoring, or watching TV like my last place. Things still have time and opportunity to improve.

Verified Renter the apartments themselves are really nice and the staff is super helpful and friendly. but that is the only thing going for this complex. the community just doesn't care about anyone else but themselves. constantly when i take my dog for a walk i am searching for poo left around by other residents, the "security" that walks around is almost non existent, for example i came back to my apartment one night to find a homeless man taking all the welcome mats from people and fashioned himself a bed to sleep in the ... read more

Verified Renter I really appreciate the hard work and professionalism from the maintenance guys. Danny and Adan are amazing. They work hard and fast, most importantly as a team! Its always a pleasure seeing them around the complex or even at my front door just hours after submitting a maintenance request. They are welcoming and polite. They definitely hold down the fort. Security Concerns I love my apartment -good size with nice alliances and the staff is usually helpful. My only concern is the lack of security cameras on the property.

Verified Renter We have lived here for several years and have no plans to move in the near future. The complex is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway. The buildings have elevators, underground parking, we rent an extra storage room which is very near our apartment. And each floor has easy access trash disposal. Overall this apartment meets our needs very well.
