Verified Renter The community is filthy. The maintenance staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. The quality of work is poor.

Hey there - our pleasure! Happy you had a great experience.
Verified Renter So far I love living here! The apartments are nice and the amenities are great! The only things I don’t love is the hot hallways and elevators, and the parking situation (which isn’t that much of an issue since I do not need to pay for parking).
Business response:
You're the best! We really appreciate the positive review. Thank again for the awesome feedback! Hope you have a great day.

Awww, thanks friend! We really appreciate your kind words about Alanza Place!
Verified Renter It was a cold and rainy week in Phoenix and I all I needed was shelter from the weather. Luckily a beacon of hope shined brightly through the overcast skies.. it was Alanza Place. I have found my solace and was welcomed by a beautiful guide named Hannah. As I joined the community I found a sense of belonging and joy I only dreamt about. I am Finally home. I am at Alanza Place
Business response:

Verified Renter Alanza is by far the best apartment complex in my experience. The reason is the staff who provide a beautiful resort like community. The leasing/management office and maintenance staff are professional, courteous and approachable. They all work very hard each day to make this an amazing place to live. Thank you all.
Verified Renter The location is great! The 'Manager' here is very professional/accommodating and will listen to your concerns/suggestions.
