Verified Renter I used to like living at Alanza Place- since new management has taken over its gotten bad. One of the main girls is very condescending when you bring anything to her attention- I hate going to the office now. They dont care- which is frustrating when I feel like I am an ideal tenant (never late on rent, quiet, no pets, no kids, clean)

Verified Renter So far, pretty quiet community, alot of great amenities with a friendly and responsive staff. The cleaning company that cleans the common areas i.e hall ways, activity room, business center, has the place smelling A-a-amazing (in my Oprah voice) New management great job!

this place is amazing! Absolutely loved living here. The location is perfect..15 min or less from almost everything. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of vet quickly. And the price is great!
Bait and switch? Offered me a special $500 discount on the first months rent. Then they waited until the non-refundable fees were paid before telling me that the unit I selected didn't offer the special anymore. Not a great start to my rental experience.
Amazing! I’ve lived here for a little over half a year and I love it! Walls are not thin, I never hear my neighbors, maintenance is done the same day you request it, gated, and very spacious. Best management by far!

great I love here and love my place. The staff in the rental office is so nice. They will work with you as long as you work with them. I gave it 4 star because idk who keep throwing up in the hallway so nasty. No one wants to see that. But overall. It’s a nice place
Great Apartment I've been living at Alanza Place for about 10 months now, and it's a wonderful place to live. My apartment faces the outer part of the complex, rather than the courtyard or the pool, and it's very quiet here. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, and I especially love the terrace. I also love having an assigned parking space in the underground garage. Had to leave early... It's been a while since i moved out of these apartments, and honestly, I miss them a ton! Moving in, we had a few problems with the unit. Nothing major. Just a window that couldn't open. Disposal stopped working too. BUT! The maintenance guy (Hector? i think it was)fixed stuff the same day! Pool is quiet and hardly used. The interior is never dirty.
