Verified Renter the apartments themselves are really nice and the staff is super helpful and friendly. but that is the only thing going for this complex. the community just doesn't care about anyone else but themselves. constantly when i take my dog for a walk i am searching for poo left around by other residents, the "security" that walks around is almost non existent, for example i came back to my apartment one night to find a homeless man taking all the welcome mats from people and fashioned himself a bed to sleep in the ... read more

Verified Renter I really appreciate the hard work and professionalism from the maintenance guys. Danny and Adan are amazing. They work hard and fast, most importantly as a team! Its always a pleasure seeing them around the complex or even at my front door just hours after submitting a maintenance request. They are welcoming and polite. They definitely hold down the fort. Ive been at Alanza place going on 3 years and its been peaceful for the most part.. Im definitely thankful for the office employees as well. So huge thank y... read more

Hello there, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback.
Verified Renter I love this place, management has been so responsive and the property is idea to the airport and everything you need. I just wish tenants that live above others would be more considerate that people live beneath them.

We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us!
Security Concerns I love my apartment -good size with nice alliances and the staff is usually helpful. My only concern is the lack of security cameras on the property.
Business response:
Hi, we truly appreciate your honest feedback. We are looking into camera's currently for the property. Thank you so much again for your feedback! We hope you have a great day!
Verified Renter We have lived here for several years and have no plans to move in the near future. The complex is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway. The buildings have elevators, underground parking, we rent an extra storage room which is very near our apartment. And each floor has easy access trash disposal. Overall this apartment meets our needs very well.
