Verified Renter It's a gorgeous place, inside the apartments and outside. Dawn is always amazing and willing to help. Alanza Place felt more like home that my last place did after 4 years

Verified Renter I recently moved here and have had nothing but good experiences with Alanza. They were very upfront about cost so I had no surprise fees or charges added to my rent. The maintenance team is great- they are very nice and always come within 24 hours to fix anything! When I first moved in, the complex was under different management and it was nearly impossible to reach the front office by phone, but with the new management, they answer right away and are very helpful with any questions I have. Verified Renter I used to like living at Alanza Place- since new management has taken over its gotten bad. One of the main girls is very condescending when you bring anything to her attention- I hate going to the office now. They dont care- which is frustrating when I feel like I am an ideal tenant (never late on rent, quiet, no pets, no kids, clean)
