Verified Renter Alanza is by far the best apartment complex in my experience. The reason is the staff who provide a beautiful resort like community. The leasing/management office and maintenance staff are professional, courteous and approachable. They all work very hard each day to make this an amazing place to live. Thank you all.

Verified Renter I would not suggest anyone move here. The assistant manager has been helpful. However, it is difficult/impossible to call the office and have the phone answered, and the most basic issues go unresolved without unnecessary amounts of time and effort on the part of the tenant.
Such an easy process! It has been such an easy application to approval process? Christen has been an absolute pleasure to work with!

Verified Renter Alanza Place is centrally located between Tempe and Downtown which is fantastic for my two college students (one attending ASU Tempe and one attending ASU Downtown). We have rented at a couple of places before finding Alanza Place, and Alanza is the cleanest and has the safest feeling to it which is the most important aspect to us. Though the cost of living is way too high these days, the price is really good in comparison to surrounding properties for the amenities offered.
