Verified Renter Office staff is amazing, they have been accommodating and helpful since we moved in. The only issue I have is that maintenance is a little slow but they get the job done every time!

Verified Renter For the price you pay, you would think “luxury” would come into play but that couldn’t be further from reality. The power goes out fairly often at least 1 time per month, the elevators are so slow and sometimes break for the day, the hot tub was growing moss in it, the grills outside barely work, they painted over everything rather than fix. Plumbing issues. Etc

Verified Renter Alanza Place has treated us pretty good in the past few months living here. We have had no issues living here, and the staff and maintenance workers are nice and efficient. Some gripes that I have living here are the enforcement of pool rules and the difficulty of finding parking inside premises: sometimes, people are far too loud and even sometimes staying late after pool hours (which closes at 11 PM, which I consider more than generous!) normally this would not be an issue to me but because our window overl... read more

Verified Renter Location is not the best, nice being next to the freeway. Apartments are okay, definitely not luxury. The apartments are not worth the listing price. Could find something better for the same price

Verified Renter Great units with upgraded appliances and fixtures. On fourth floor high ceilings with a nice view of Camelback. Underground and covered parking. Quiet. Kitchens could be bigger. Some common area Maintanance could be better. Great location.
