Verified Renter the constant water issues goes about once a month , and the main gate doesn’t work and elevators are constantly not working, the parking as became horrible so many cars that don’t look like they’re being used

Verified Renter Haven’t moved in yet. But, will definitely say when I move. But, so far I’m excited to move in. The staff were amazing, it’s a very quiet community and the residents were respectful.

Verified Renter Nice place to stay. Convenient spot to get to things in the valley. The staff works hard to keep the residents happy and safe. The reason it's 4 stars is because nothing is perfect when humans are involved. But its not because of the lack of trying. I really appreciate the staff.

Verified Renter i came for an appointment to tour the facility with my mom my moms best friend and my best friend we loved the place the gym the clubhouse the courtyard as well as the overall vibe of the place and the people working

Verified Renter The management and maintenance staff make Alanza Place a great place to call home. From the meticulous grounds and landscaping to the responsive attention to detail in service. Anytime I’ve placed a maintenance work order or interacted with the leasing staff my issues have always been addressed promptly and effectively.

Verified Renter It’s great workorder service and the girls at the office are helpful but just operational things are frustrating, the water being shut off, illegal vehicle parking, and the elavator not working

Verified Renter Maintenance is very responsive and helpful especially when it’s critical. Management is also accommodating to any requests as needed. Even outside the box. Quiet building. Great location. Great views of Camelback on the north side. Been here for almost 4 years and have really enjoyed Alanza Place.
