Strongly don’t recommend Not luxury, apartments are nice but the complex is dirty usually. Including dog poop and vomit in the hallways and spiders. There is also a big problem with spiders. They say that they spray at least every month but my patio that is covered in webs would beg to differ and worst part is I get charged every month for the spraying that they don’t do. On top of that we have found spiders in the apartment because the windows were done poorly and when it rains the same windows leak. Overall wouldn’t recomm... read more

Absolutely incompetent management, homeless people sleeping in the gym I lived here for 2 years. The company changed management to greystar for my last probably 8 or so months. In that time, I had more issues with management than the rest of my time there combined. The front office lost my rent check and tried to evict me. After I called the bank and it showed that they had cashed my rent check several days earlier, they told me I needed to find a better way to pay my rent, despite a cashiers check being one of their approve... read more
Verified Renter The move in experience went well, I have no issue with Alanza place as a whole so far, but trying to get the ac fixed in my upstairs unit has been a nightmare. I have not been able to sleep in my room comfortably because the temperature inside has been average 80 degrees.

Verified Renter Alanza Place has been a great apartment to live in. Not only are the units upgraded and spacious, the employees are kind and work hard to engage with the residents! I love the pool and landscape of this place and the fact that the clubhouse is a cool place to relax. The gym also has enough equipment to feel like you are getting a full workout experience.
