RecommendedLove the management and maintenance team at The Links!! Melissa and the team are awesome!! Very responsive and extremely professional. Amenities are great and golf course view is a plus!! I’ve been here for 2 years and would highly recommend!!

We moved in July 13th and immediately noticed that if we run the dishwasher it leaks under the kitchen cabinet. The master bedroom sink links as well and our ice machine does not work. We’ve put in maintenance work orders and have been lied to repeatedly on when these things will be fixed. Also our AC has been leaking for a week and we were told it’s not an emergency? How is a leaky AC not an emergency? Black mold could eventually come from this which is extremely unsafe living conditions. We’ve ask to speak to the property ... read more

Recommendedfriendly professional staff.located next to a golf course.on site maintenance that responds in a timely manner.nice clubhouse,nice amenities such as outdoor heated pool,hot tub,outdoor grill,basketball court.the property is located close to shopping and dining.interstate 25 is also very close.it has scenic views of the colorado mountains.

THERE IS NO TOP NOTCH customer service. These people are afraid to answer their phone and let all the calls go straight to voice mail. You say you are all busy helping someone ? Funny how come their is literally no one parked at the front office ? The air conditioning is not working properly at my daughter’s apartment, they have put in multiple service requests.
