RecommendedI've lived here for about a year and a half now and I love it! The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I've only had a handful of minor maintenance requests, and the maintenance staff is always there within the same day to help with whatever I need. My apartment is really nice and I get compliments from visitors on how great the layout, paint and everything looks. Plus, it's just about the easiest walk to Deep Ellum you can get. Definitely one of the best apartments and communities I've lived in!

RecommendedSharing my review on here too!! Love this place and the people that work here. From Jessica and Brian in the office to maintenance, they are always quick to respond to their residents needs. I lived here with my roommate in 2018 and when my husband moved from out of state and saw that I lived in down town and how great this area is for night life, he was sold. RecommendedI’ve lived here for the two years that I went to college that happens to be right across the street. I’ve never lived in such a community driven, fun living environment! I’ve never had a maintenance request take longer than 24 hours, and the community events that this place hosts are so creative- Halloween costume, pool party, beer/pizza night! Endless kindness from other residents and the staff :-)

RecommendedI love living here, the management and maintenance teams are super friendly, helpful and responsive to anything you need. The dog park is awesome and the property is beautiful with plenty of areas to walk or sit any enjoy the outdoors. There is always something fun going on from food trucks to yoga classes. Close to everything you may want to do in Dallas.

RecommendedI’ve lived at the Marquis a year ago, and I loved the property and amenities. I miss the feeling walking into the leasing office and talk to Jessica she’s very professional and nice to talk to. I loved being there and how well the staff takes care of the residents.
RecommendedI’ve lived here over 2 years and it’s a great spot. Jessica is extremely kind and very helpful and puts a lot of time and effort into creating a nice community here and it shows. Brian is also very attentive and helpful as well. The service crew are quick if there’s ever an issue and they do a good job too.
