At first, I waited to apply and the two I was thinking about both got picked up. I loved the place so was disappointed, but not surprised. Luckily, I was able to push my move back then jumped on the 1st one that became available. So, if you like it, don’t assume it will wait for you like I did. Staff is extremely helpful, especially considering COVID. They offered virtual stuff and self guided tours while they are on the phone.

My boyfriend and I love living at The 704! We renewed our lease for a 2nd year. We moved from NYC in March 2019 and feel very happy here. The size of our 1 bedroom apartment is amazing and the amenities are great. The 704 is a nice complex and the management team are both helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys here are great and they really do a good job if you need anything fixed/serviced... they are very reliable and trustworthy. :) The only complaint I have is about some residents (don't know who) not cleaning up afte... read more

Want to leave positive feedback for the maintenance staff at the 704- they've been super helpful in troubleshooting stuff like water leaks, getting into my apartment when I forgot my keys, etc. Appreciate all that Bobby and the team have done to help me get situated. 😊

Probably the worst place to live with terrible management and office staff. We are trying to renew our lease and add a person on. It has take OVER 3 weeks which is unnecessary. Our lease ends in 2 days and no one in the front office is picking up their phones. A normal apartment complex would have a check list on what needs to be completed for the renewal process. I chose to live at whisper creek based on the great reviews, especially the reviews on how quick and responsive the maintenance team was, as this was important to me. Upon moving in, I noticed that there was dog food underneath my washer and dryer, and in the slot in the sliding glass door, along with the baseboards inside being dirty. Fire every management member especially Llona. I have never seen a more uniformed, worthless management personnel member who acts like you are below here yet she can't pick up a phone or answer even the most basic questions about the property or apartment, such as what internet is available at the Marquis or how do you get access to the Cascades Country Club. I've only been living here for a week and I'm already blown away at the efficiency of the 704's maintenance team. I submitted a request, and within an hour Bobby and his team had fixed everything and even went above and beyond by helping me dispose of my moving supplies. I have NEVER seen customer care like this at any other complex I've lived in. 10/10 recommend.

Moved in last July; ended up resigning a new lease. Couldn’t say enough great things. Jessica and Brian in the office have always been on point with anything you need. Between the office staff and maintenance crew ; they easily are the most on point of any apartment I’ve lived in. If Maintenance isn’t on a service call, you can always see them working on various upkeep around the property. I have lived here for a month now and so far it’s been mostly pleasant, I love my little apartment. My neighbors are really friendly, the surrounding area is nice, and the valet trash is a plus. HOWEVER, the front office people are so hard to get a hold of especially with all this covid stuff going on.
