We have been here almost a year and are only leaving because rent went up 100 dollars. The layout is fantastic and the office staff are very nice (the guy whose often there on weekends even volunteered to carry a huge box to the car for me this weekend). Maintenance is usually there the same day and are quick and don't leave a mess. You can only hear your upstairs neighbors a little if you live on the first floor... unless they are yelling.
