We love living at Alante! The apartments are clean and modern, the staff is friendly and helpful, the pool and grounds are maintained really well, and the neighborhood feels very safe and quiet. Highly recommend it!
RecommendedThis has been a lovely place for my kids and I to live. It is right by their school and is nice to host playdates at the pool!

I'm nothing short of impressed with how the new team at CWS Alante at the Islands continues to evolve their game. The leadership team and staff are very courteous, professional, and forward thinking and they demonstrate this with their consistent event programming for residents. It’s loud and the people below are very inconsiderate, disgusting and I have seen teens coming out from there apt smoking and it’s not cigarettes. They do fight battles outside I have had to call the police already twice cause it was 12:30am my kids kept waking up hearing screaming yelling all kinds of crap. People yelling at each other downstairs trash everywhere just from 2 neighbors. Right now I hear someone yelling this is ridiculous! I feel like I live in the ghetto! Gonna end up leaving sooner. We’ve been living here with a roommate for over a year and have loved it! Usually apartment complexes are pretty awful but we haven’t had a single bad experience at Alante! We love it so much we just rented a different apartment after we got married and left our roommate so we wouldn’t have to leave! It’s quiet, the staff are absolutely wonderful, and everything is very clean.
