Unsafe!!! Beware! I am a single mother with a small child and my apartment was entered unlawfully by a staff member of Alante. Upon expressing my fear and concern I was told 'oh it was a mistake'. I am frightened to be in my own home now and the flippant attitude of MEB Property Mgt is even more frightening. I asked to be released from my lease 2 months early due to the fact that they had broken the law by entering my home, but apparently $1400 is more important to them than protecting its residents..... including single wom... read more
Good place to live It is quiet, the grounds are well-kept, and one has a safe feeling living here. I do have a complaint though. Management policies don't allow any accommodation for long-term residents, over those who stay only a few years or less. We have lived on the property for right at 10 years now, and in the current unit for almost 6 years. After that much time, the carpet is showing a fair amount of wear. We live in an upgraded 1-bedroom apartment, so carpeting is only in the bedroom area. We have no interest in mov... read more

Really Nice Area Community is nice and quiet, really clean, love the pool and gym! Maintenance and office ladies are always happy and respectful.
Great Service Office and maintenance are always helpful and respond quickly. Have only been here a few months but I had a great experience so far!
So Far So Good Been here 5 months, and so far so great! Staff is friendly, I moved in while the office was still closed for COVID and they were quick to respond and still really helpful. Units are nice and spacious, and most are renovated. I’ve had to call maintenance a few times for simple things and they always handle my requests in a day or 2. Conveniently located too! Most other tenants I’ve talked to have been there for at least a few years. Great complex overall!
RecommendedJust moved in and couldn't be happier! The ladies in the office are friendly/professional (and dress amazing!). The service team is quick too. Happy to call this home.
