Everything they've promised has been delivered, and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate the residents needs and issues. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of the same day, often within only a few hours. RecommendedThe best neighborhood in Brookhaven!!! They also have the Best leasing agents. Dontaveous Sargent was there every step of the way of during leasing process. He even answered the phone and stayed after hours to help me out. Thanks again Don! I would recommend any and everyone to live here.

RecommendedI have lived at Marquis Lofts for 4 years. Leasing office is seriously the nicest leasing office staff I have ever dealt with in 20 years of apartment living. Location is very convenient for just about any outing in Houston. Community is quiet and friendly. It feels like home. :)

RecommendedThis is an amazing community to live in! We lived there for 2 years, and had only good experiences. Maintenance requests are promptly completed, the front office staff is responsive and polite, and the community is well kept. The pool area is a true "escape" similar to a resort style pool. The community members are respectful, and we made friends and learned our neighbors. They will look out for you for sure. While we pursued a larger place to live, we definitely loved living at the Marquis on Pin Oak. Highly recommend

I have lived here for over a year now, I will not get into the countless issue I have had with the management office over my time here, but the one experience rubbed me the wrong way and I will share the story. My boyfriend found a lady in our stairwell unconscious because she had had a seizure and was knocked out. While he was staying with her and she was going in and out of consciousness.
