RecommendedI have lived here for more than a year now, and I love it. The office staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Work orders are completed very quickly, and the grounds are very well kept. Security guards and courtesy officers patrol the property frequently to ensure the safety of residents. This is the best place for city living. Highly recommended.

RecommendedThe staff really goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Nice dog park for our pups. The package room allows me to pick my packages whenever I want or need to. Can't say enough about the location. Convenient to Deep Ellum with lots of shopping and restraunts.
RecommendedThis is a great place to live! The location is perfect. You have so many options on places to go within walking distance. The management is always having something going on to keep you involved. Wine and beer nights, pizza nights. Holiday events. We love it here!

I will runaway from this apartment complex. I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it has gone down the drain. I have water leaking from the ceiling into the tub. This has been happening for months and long before the pandemic so that can’t be used as an excuse. I have submitted over 10 service request. They’ll come in while I’m at work, dirty the tub and the ceiling and not fix the problem. This is not an exaggeration!!! STAY AWAY. My lease expires in a few months and there is no way I am renewing.

RecommendedThe location is perfect, and the amenities are top of the line. More importantly, however, the staff is the best! Everyone at the leasing office is always knowledgeable and courteous. The maintenance staff has been quick and effective at handling every service request I've submitted during my lease. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

RecommendedWe are going to miss the AMAZING customer service here in this complex. 100 % satisfaction. They are pet lovers ( Simona has received treats and more gifts from them). Maintenance comes as soon as you ask. We are going to miss the saturday breakfast, pizza and beer evenings and all y'all amazing little surprises like the one today with a safe kit with masks . RecommendedI have lived in 2 different apartments at the Marquis in South Charlotte over the past 11 years. The community (residents and staff) are fantastic! The amenities have been upgraded several times (pool area, dog park, gym, business center, shared spaces). We have had many amazing community events to get to know our neighbors. Upgrades within the apartment have been made (i.e. beautiful tile backsplash). You walk in to grab a package and they know your name and apartment number. So many trees and amazing upkeep of the property... read more
