Anna has helped my parents to sell their home in June 2014 (I'm just very late to writing this review). Another agent that we had worked with before told us right up front that we would need to have a short sale, so we started looking for someone who spoke Polish to make it easier for my parents to understand the process of short sale. Anna has responded to my email right away eager to help! She came to our appointment well prepared with a detailed breakdown of all figures with a positive bottom line! Anna told us "to get th... read more

Anna Klarck excels in what she does. She made the process of selling a home, in a very uncertain economic climate, a far less intimidating process. The first time we met, she laid out the local scenario (which she knows well) and proposed a "way forward." I left for Canada several days later and she took over the entire process, from start to finish. She made it seem so "simple" but I know she went beyond the call of duty in attending to details that were beyond me. She dealt with the current renters and helped them find a n... read more

When we decided to sell our home, we called Anna. She was helpful with putting it on the market and every step after. Even when I would get discouraged, Anna would say everything would work out!!! When an offer came in, that sold our home, Anna helped us through the whole process. I would contact Anna again, if I ever buy a home in Illinois again. Thank you, Anna, you made everything so much easier.

We chose Anna based on her Zillow reviews & believe we made the right decision. Anna was a pleasure to work with, professional & brought a sense of humor to even the most challenging situations.

Anna introduced herself in a very professional manner, with an informative overview of her sales experience history and certifications, a summary of the local house sales relative to our house, proof of having prepared in advance with a good understanding of our house history and relevant house expense details. Anna maintained her focus on the sales process, keeping us up to date on number of calls, potential buyer reviews and timing relevant to comparable sales evolution. We were therefore able to make changes to our offeri... read more

My experience with Anna Klarck could not have been better. Moment after into my interviewing Anna, I knew the Blessed Virgin Mary wanted her to be my realtor. Anna was very knowledgeable about the market and wonderful to work with. Very fast to respond to all my calls, texts, e-mails, questions and concerns throughout the entire process even after closing. As a seller I felt she truly had my best interests at the forefront and no doubt she did all possible to sell my house. I would definitely use Anna's services in the futur... read more

If there is ever a fairy god mother of house hunting it is Anna Klarck! She worked with my family and I non-stop for roughly a year. She answered every call and text in a timely manner. Answered every question big or small. And eased every fear that I had thru this whole process. She never made us feel like we were a burden in fact she made us feel like we were her only clients every time we were with her and or on a call with her! If you are moving to the lake county area I couldn't think of a better agent for you than Anna... read more
