I first contacted Anna last summer when I was looking to buy a house as I was about to go through a divorce. I saw Anna's name on one of the listings - she agreed to meet me and go over the needs. Buying or selling a home is a complex process with many different phases. Anna Klarck is very knowledgeable and resourceful in all aspects of said process. But that's only part of the story. You can tell a lot about any professional by looking at the breadth and depth of their professional relationships and network. Anna's connections were instrumental in resolving our seemingly doomed closing, calling the right person in her network and removing the otherwise insurmountable roadblock.

I must say that Anna doesn't just sell houses. She cares for the person she is working with. She has a genuine constant smile generated by her positive spirit and zeal for what she does. My house was on the market from September to March which was not the best time to sell a house. She never pressured me to lower the price. She agreed that my "cute little cape cod" with my acre of oak trees was worth the price we were asking. I really feel she deserves as many stars allowed.

Anna was a true professional all the way through the process of selling our home! She is extremely knowledgable of the Northern IL area and is realistic on the true value of the property. After signing the contract with Anna she told us that she was going to sell our house within 2 weeks. We had 10 showing in 3 days and had a total of 5 offers!
