Anna guided me through the process of purchasing my new home as a duel agent. And although I sold my old home by owner she was always ready to help me through that transaction as well. Even after my purchase was complete, Anna continued to help with making sure I was settled and had all my questions answered. I don't often give excellent reviews in any area, but Anna deserves all the credit for these glowing marks.

What can we say about Anna? A lot!!! We met Anna at the end of July and within the next four months, purchased our new home (short sale) and sold our old home. It was a whirlwind. She is extremely professional without being confrontational. Anna's knowledge and expertise gave us the confidence to put all our trust in her and we were not disappointed. After having my home on the market for 3 months with an agent that was not local and not full time, I listed with Anna. After the first meeting with Anna, I had hope again. She had a professional photographer taking pictures the next day and she made valuable suggestions about how to showcase the home. About 2 weeks after listing with her, I had an offer. I live out of state and Anna was instrumental in completing the home repairs prior to the sale. The buyer refused to take a credit at closing for repairs identified in the home inspection and I was prepared to walk away. Anna jumped in and facilitated the repairs that were needed. In my mind, this was more than I would have asked of Anna, but she took the initiative to get it done. Thanks Anna!

Anna is, hands down, the hardest working realtor in Lake County. She was willing to meet on a moments notice, at all hours of the day, as I searched for a new home. She is professional, kind, and has a plethora of knowledge. I would recommend Anna to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She will be by your side every step of the way.

After working with Anna, there is no other realtor we would ever want to work with. She is hands on, always available and extremely passionate about what she does. Whenever we wavered, she was there to reassure us and in the end she was always right. When shopping for a house, she told it like it was and she didn't let us settle, and we ended up with the perfect and right house for us.
