She is strong in all areas of buying and selling homes, but her greatest strengths are in negotiation and in supporting her clients during what can be a challenging time in people's lives. I found Anna right here on Zillow. So, if you are reading this, stop right now, you've found your agent! Anna, was extremely helpful in negotiating a great price for my new home as well as bringing the house up to acceptable selling condition upon inspection of the home. Anna was able to negotiate with the seller's side so that they paid for a new roof among other repairs. She also negotiated the deal so that the seller paid the buyer's closing costs.
