Anna should speak at seminars for customer service excellence. She honestly worked around the clock for us during our home buying experience. We looked at 20 homes in total on two separate days. Came to her after a poor experience with another realtor who was not listening to the needs I had for my new home, and was very difficult to reach by phone, text or email. A friend gave me Anna's number as a recommendation, and the first house we visited was the one. We still went to all 10 homes on that first day, but nothing compared to the first home she showed.
Anna was great agent. She should us so many houses and was so kind and patient with us. She knew all the development and neighborhoods in Gurnee and Grayslake. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
