A family member recently passed away, and Anna was referred by our lawyer as a realtor to manage the sale of the home. She was wonderful to work with--sensitive to the issues that arise during the loss of a loved one, careful to explain the processes so there were no surprises, and strategic about bringing in potential buyers who could see the benefits of the home and not be deterred by some of the areas needing repair. She advised us about how to prepare the home to show and was knowledgeable about the housing market in the... read more
Buy/Sell your home with Anna. She is the BEST! Was with us every step of the way and negotiated a great deal for us. She will take time to answer all your questions and if she feels a house is a bad fit she will speak up and say something, not try and sell you a bad house.
We couldn't be happier with working with Anna! From the moment I met her I felt like I had known her for years. She's so warm and friendly and always put my families best interest first. We have 3 small children which can make the home buying experience very hard, but she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had originally been looking in a different area at the beginning of our search. Anna had mentioned good key points to us about our commute for work and schools, since that was important to us. She really fo... read more
Anna helped our family of four, sell and buy, she is the most common sense, down to earth agent I've ever worked with, and those are rare qualities to find today. She took the time to listen to our needs, and presented options to us weighting the positives and negatives giving us her invaluable input, that comes from many years of experience as a realtor/broker. Anna's experience in the business is what makes her really indispensable, but her love for what she does is what makes her a pleasure to work with. The sale and buy ... read more
Anna made us feel completely comfortable with our house listing. She is extremely accessible and made this process as easy as possible. We would highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
Anna is very dedicated and a pleasure to work with!!!! She helped us sell our home and also helped us buy our new home. I highly recommend her! The home we sold was in Vernon Hills, IL and the one we bought is in Grayslake, IL. She helped with negotiations on both transactions and we were able to arrive at figures that met our expectations.
Anna is the most incredible agent. We were nervous about taking our first steps into the Real Estate world, but from the moment we met Anna we knew everything was going to be okay and that she had our very best interests at heart. We fell in love with the first home we looked at and Anna dropped everything to get us in for a second viewing the same night we asked. She was honest and up front with us about absolutely everything, and we felt fully informed throughout the entire process. We looked at some other homes just to be... read more
Anna is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. She is very personable, extremely knowledgeable, always responsive, highly motivated and most importantly you can trust her. Anna is so good that she sold our home in 1 day! I always recommend her when I hear of someone looking for an agent. Thank you Anna for all your hard work and time invested in us.
Anna is the absolute best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Her extensive knowledge base, firecracker attitude, eye on total profitability and solid support system make selling a house stress free. I would hire her again in an instant. Thanks.
