Best realtor ever, and I've had many! Anna is knowledgable about all aspects of real estate transactions and is an undisputed expert on the Vernon Hills, Illinois market. After viewing our home, she recommended a higher asking price than the other realtors I had interviewed. She was right! The first buyer through the door bought the home. She's smart, responsive, diligent, and is easy to work with. You will not be disappointed.

I heartily recommend Anna to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home. Anna and her team were always on top of everything to the point that I never had to worry about anything. Anna Klarck is a professional who is extremely adept and knowledgeable in her position as a broker/owner of a realty firm. During the sale of our home, Anna was there for us no matter what time of the day, returned all calls in a matter of minutes, and always had an answer/solution to our concerns/questions. Anna is the best. I recommend her because I would trust her to sell my property again. She showed up early to the photographer shoot and assisted me in making everything perfect for the pics. I listed with Anna the day before going on a 2 week business trip overseas. The house was sold at my asking price the day I came back – just a couple of small negotiations which were easily put to bed upon my return. Easy Peasy. Results. That’s what we want when selling Real property. I got results as easy as pie with Anna.

5 Stars!! Anna Klarck of AK Homes is a dedicated, knowledgeable, and honest agent/broker. Five years ago I decided to invest in some rental properties.
