Anna is an absolute expert! She not only offered friendly service but most importantly her local knowledge and experience is second to none. Our family has bought five homes through Anna. Her expertise and knowledge of the area is second to none. She is aware of school districts and the communities which is so important for families. She knows the marketplace very well and is right on with property values. Our oldest son was not ready to move out but Anna counseled that interest rates would never be lower and helped him buy his first home. She also negotiated the rental of his home until he is ready to move in. We couldn't be happier.

Anna is a true real estate professional. Very educated, practical and understanding of the current real estate market. We liked her direct and open responses to all our questions. We wouldn't hesitate for one second to list another home with Anna or use her to find a new home.

Our experience selling our Grayslake home with Anna Klarck as the listing agent was amazing! Anna got our house sold literally in one week. She got us a good price based on what we had listed it for. She helped make the process very easy by great staging, great write up on the house, great photography and a very experienced lawyer to help us through closing.
