HORRIBLE experience - Don't buy through them – I purchased a Fisher and Paykel washing machine, dryer and a Bosch dishwasher through them. The dishwasher was not in stock and took forever to get to us and it had missing parts. But the worst part is that the washing machine died completely within 30 days. They wouldn't raise a finger to help. All they could say was "too bad for you"-- literally. Then, after the warranty repair, the washing machine died a second time, 5 days after it was serviced. A total rip off! Aweful customer service. – The worst customer service and responses we've ever experienced. We purchased a gas stove with convection oven from their warehouse sale on 6/17/06. They lost our item, and still have not refunded our money, and still have not provided any satisfactory options for us. We called and called and no one responded. Worst customer service ever! – Overall, my experience with Airport Appliance & Kitchens was very disatisfactory, frustrating, stressful and time consuming. No customer should ever have to deal with this bad customer service when trying to purchase appliances from your store. I ended up with a refrigerator I originally did not pick out, a dishwasher and refrigerator without a cord, and an oven from a different brand that I originally did not order.
