Don't buy from them! Had a washer and dryer delivered. They switched the dryer door to open on the other side and their installers stripped the screws. Of course, they didn't say anything so I found out when I saw a screw loose on the door.
Our experience with Airport Appliance was a good one. Steve Stafford was particularly helpful . He was not our original salesperson but took the time to answer questions that we had. His attitude was always courteous and friendly.
Once we found the right salesman, he was great help and we got a good product. He knew everything and was able to tell us that some of the information from the other salesman was incorrect.
Salesman Martin was very responsive and provided excellent service. Installation went smoothly.
I was told that I can add the warranty to my washer and dryer a year later. But Pedro told me that you changed the policy. I should be grandfathered back in. I am still waiting to see what can done.
The buying process was straight forward and appliances delivered without a hitch.
Jeanne was great very informative. This was our second purchase from her.
I would shop with you again.
