I needed a hard to find replacement dryer (full sized stackable in customized space at my home) and my salesperson made a few phone calls and found one in one of your warehouses that was about to be shipped back to the manufacturer. He talked to the warehouse guy and had it delivered to my home in a couple of days. He also hooked me up with a great installer who also did a good job. Works great now.

Christina was our sales person. She was beyond incredible. I have told anyone who would stop long enough to listen how great her service was and the staff was the best!! I have been recommending to everyone!!

I give them 2 thumbs up!!! Good customer service, accommodating, and the best prices on appliance. I've shopped around and Airport Appliance has the best deal. My appliances are in perfect condition and very happy with their service.

We were referred to Airport Appliance by our contractor. He specifically referred us to Pedro. We had absolutely no problems. Pedro spent time with us educating us about our choices: kitchen sink, stove top and ventilator hood. We were challenged by needing a small ventilator hood. I had a great experience buying a washer and dryer there.Everybody was great from the salesperson to the delivery guys ! We bought a front load washer and dryer for the price of an average regular duo. The price for both was fabulous, we saved about $ 400 or $ 500, they delivered on time and installed very carefully. the experience was great !

Don't Make My Mistake, Shop Somewhere Else!!!! – I purchased a KitchenAid 3 door Frig. Was delivered with two dents. There was no answer at AA when we called to take action. So we accepted the frig. Since the dents were in the doors, which could be replaced. Big Mistake!!! However, my house is not. They scratched the doors, walls, floors in multiple locations. The only thing they used to try to protect my floors was a very thin sheet of cardboard. The wheels cut right thur it and damaged the hardwood floor. All told about $1... read more

Why Airport Appliance has ZERO customer service – Airport Appliance has zero customer service. The burden of everything is placed on their sales people who work 100% on commission. The owners find every which way to STEAL the manufacturer spiffs and commissions from their sales staff. Management treats sales staff with serious contempt. Now you see why Airport Appliance creates so many unresolved customer issues.
