The people were very nice and helpful. Liked that you had coffee available to your patrons and you were feeding lunch that day which was awesome as we hadn't eaten yet. Our salesman did a great job showing us everything we wanted within our price range.

We were very fortunate to have Roman as our sales rep. He had excellent follow up. When we had problems he took care of them. He negotiated with the manufacturer American Range when the owner of the company had promised one thing and they could not deliver. When product was damaged, he took care of it. He is a valuable asset to your company.

I needed a hard to find replacement dryer (full sized stackable in customized space at my home) and my salesperson made a few phone calls and found one in one of your warehouses that was about to be shipped back to the manufacturer. He talked to the warehouse guy and had it delivered to my home in a couple of days. He also hooked me up with a great installer who also did a good job. Works great now.
