excellent service on time ready to work
The pros came late, they did a great job on second floor windows but not the first floor. My copper gutters mysteriously disappeared the same day as the service. Did not do gutters as promised.

My firsrt expression was Great and then it went downhill fast. The firsrt appt was cancel by them after I took off from work because of theire overbooking. The next appt was rescheduled by them because of over booking . Then they vacum my blinds for 6 windows $250. iIcould have done that myself. The blinds are still dirty. Dont hore them. They come off plesant then it will be baaaad.

we dont worry about money just doing a good job after over looking her project what it was there were buggs or natts iwanted to find out more information how to remove them from the fiber we got most of them out did not want to damage the blinds getting bugs out of fiber it took 3 guys 2hours on job 1 hour to get there 1 hour to the next stop aprox $30.00 gas they came up very nice i think it up sets her to pay people to do things when she has 2 sons that sit around + a husband not working playing games on t.v. + a brother s... read more

it took about 1 hour to get there 1hour back and i took it was closer to 45min to 1hour to do job with 2 pros let a lone $ 30.00 in gas and we charge her $ 100.00 flat rate for dryer cleaner but the bottom line is she's happy with service
They did the job effiiciently and effectively. They got stuck at another job, but communicated with me and did not leave me hanging, so i really respect that and would recommned them in future.
the guy has good intention and great workes but he is far from being a pro.he spend to much time being on the phone and not facing the chalenges. i m not sure he has workers comps or any insurance for that matter and when you go up on roofs that is the first thing you want to have.

Tom and his men were professional and did a great job. I had an unexpected change in my schedule and Tom worked with me to rearrange the time and still get the job done the same day.
