They were suppossed to come on a Thursday at 12, they changed it 3, I called at 4 to ask where they were they said they were on their way. Showed up at 4:45. Wanted to wash the windows, it was dark outside. Came back the next day at 12 (were suppossed to be there 9-10). Broke a window, didn't have anyone to fix it. Dropped cigarette butts all over my yard. Took over 6 hrs to clean the windows (my house is not that big, 4BR 2 1/2 BA) and I had to have them redo the upsairs windows that they obviously skipped. After overlooking her project, in her best interest, we scheduled the work for the next day. Most windows were painted shut and not operational. One window was broken so we fixed it and didn't charge her for it. We even took $100 off the bill. My workers don't smoke and didn't leave anything behind.
the men needed to borrow an extension cord, and at the end they for got to take there trash bag with them, i found it on my deck.

She gave us 4 1/2 stars that's great yes they did a very nice job they borrowed a extension cord cause they climb 3 floors up to do the dryer vent from out side just to make sure it was done right and we all ways put the bag of dust and dirt in the back of customers house unless the prefer us to take it.
They were very nice and did a good job.
The project manager was very professional, curteous and answered all of my questions. They were punctual and friendly and did a great job! They also came out on the same day!
They made a point of coming out the next day but were here at dusk , then cleaning my gutters after dark. As far as I can tell,(I can't see inside the gutters without getting on a very tall ladder) they did a good job. There is an extra cost for checking that the gutters are all secure and tightening any loose connections.

I hired them on behalf of my mom. They were very nice and professional on the phone. They did a good job. My expectations may be too high but some windows were missed and I thought the job could have been done a little bit better.

I found out that 2 windows were smeared it was the two that was on side of house were there was a magor hill we did all of them by ladders just the two were done from out side P:S we re did them
