Very courteous and prompt.
They were a little late, but otherwise got down to business right away, fixed the gutter without delay. No problems that I am aware of.

Quick response. They came out the next day and fixed the problem with my gutter. Explained everything they would do to fix my problem.
They came a little late in the day. It was dark before they finished which made us a little nervous on the high ladder. They could not get one corner on the top dormer. They were very quick to arrive and exceptionally polite. Would rehire in a minute.
I was generaly satisfied with the service. However, they could have done abetter job on the sills.

the out side window sills were scrubed with warm water and still did'nt come up think they need to freshen up with some white paint
Were scheduled to clean gutters on Sunday but did not show up Monday. The owner was very apologetic. The workers did a great job & even hung our outside Christmas lights at no extra charge.
I asked if they could repair and clean out my gutters- which were dented, with some holes and perhaps clogged at the ground level drainage spouts - i was told "absolutely"- paid 250 to have my gutters cleaned. They tried some "stuff" to patch the holes - then used duct tape - really. The downspouts were tested - but because they could not dig them up a bit- i still didnt know if they were a problem.

the gutters were twisted like a pretzel we untwisted repaired whole she called back there was a leak by garage we went back next day there was a tenis ball size in back of down spout toward wall real big hole so we duck tape that section and calk it she said theres no more problems there i save her a ton of money they were in real bad shape i am surpized she only gave one star we even when back next day when she found a leak !
I had a problem that I needed addressed immediately. Tom scheduled me for the next day and worked late on a Friday night to accomadate me.
