The worst. THey did not know what they were doing. They left more dirt when they wre finished than when they started. I had to lend them my dust buster and rags for them to finish the job. They forgot to do the front storm door, and took 5 hours when they told me it would be no more than 1-2 hours.

the only reason he was mad cause it took 5 hours he had so much stuff in front of his windows we had to move every thing to get to the windows that took time and he never vacum the carpet close to the windows so we vacum be for we but the stuff back if it was my house that what i would like keep in mind he hired us to do windows not house cleaning i took 3 extra hours but when we left he was happy with the windows
The workers were fairly efficient and courteous but didn't automatically provide a receipt for payment--a bit unprofessional, I think.

They were prompt, excellent and efficient. I couldn't ask for more! They even called after the work was finished to make sure the job was done to my expectations.
The two guys worked very hard and did a thorough job on all my ducts for a flat price which was great. Some of my registers and vents were painted over and they had trouble removing them causing some slight damage but I planned on repainting and replacing those anyway so not a big deal to me. They used a hepa filter vacuum to do the work.
The crew came and cleaned all the ducts and registers for one flat price. Althought they were late, they apologized and explained that they got backed up on the last job. The price was great for the service, I was quoted as much as 420 for the same job.

dont know what he is talking about i was the first to call he got next day service and we gave him a good price i know his was happy with job or he would say so and he did give us 4 stars
If I could rate them as '0' I would have. The only good thing I can say is they were on time. The professionals that came to our house were not professionals. We had to tell them how to put back on return vents. There so called 'highly efficient equipment' was a small shop vac and some pine sol. I could have used our shop vac and pine sol annd done the same job they did. No way are our vents/ducts cleaned. Actually one wasn't, we found dust, 30 cents and a small stone in one.

we have been doing this for years every body we do is aways happy i call to make sure there happy the guys told me he has a vent thats split and the dirt keep comeing in through a crack we would have patch it for him at no extra charge i even told himm we would come back to clean it after patching it he said no thanks i think he has outher problems with his system and thought cleaning it would solve his problems i think he needs a new unit !
They were on time in fact they were early but they did not have the proper equiment they used zip ties to hold up the downspout to the wall they did clean the gutters and the roof like they said they would the work on the downspout could of been better really it looks like my daughter who is 11 could of done the job

She hired us to clean them not repair them we seen the one pipe was loose so nail it to the wall and used zip ties at no extra charge just to be nice if it wasn't for us it would have fell down on that windy day
Tom called a few hours after I sent the request. He was very friendly and did a great job cleaning our windows.
