This is my first experience with a ServiceMagic pro that was below my expectations. First, I spoke to the owner who scheduled an appt on Thur 8/18. When they didn't show up, my wife called and they said "We thought we were coming on Thurs 8/25". We were out of town on that date, so my wife rescheduled them for Wed 8/24. Disappointing. I spoke to the owner at start of project who quoted 125 for basic cleaning, and 175 if he brought all parts to replace missing pieces. we charge him $ 125.00 for cleaning and only $50.00 for minor repairs like calking gutters that leaked and extra straps the wife said every thinks fine and it took 45 minutes to get there 45 minutes to do the job and 45 Minutes to the next job and $30.00 gas plus 2 guys doing gutters

They were on time and very professional.
Tom Bell and his employees were very professional, and performed a thorough job in cleaning the gutter and downspout. It's nice not having a huge leak in my back window anymore. I will definitely hire Squeaky clean again.

3 guys came to do post-construction cleanup in my home...2 of the guys were pretty good...1 was so/so...they did a great job on my walls/fans but did not do such a great job in the kitchen - some cabinets were cleaned great while others were totally missed...it made no sense...the blinds in my home were also cleaned - again - some were cleaned great while others were not cleaned or missed altogether...the hardwood floors/kitchen tile were cleaned and they were not done good at all...I had to re-do them with clean mops...it w... read more

When the guys were done she loved it she love so much she gave them each a $10.00 tip +she said not to do some of the blinds she told us what blinds to do and not to do and the mops where brand new
Squeaky Clean did a careful and thorough job. No shortcuts. And the price/value beat the other two bids by a lot.

The job was done in less then an hour. It didn't seem worth the money and something we could have done ourselves. The equipment was not high quality.

there was 3 servicemen on the job 1 hour prep work and about 1 hour and 45 min to do the ducts +vents let alone time to get there and back bottom line is the job done right i think she's up set cause she spent a couple of bucks
