I would never recommend urgent care. My appointment was at 12:47, I wasn’t seen until 1:55, no big deal, I understand they’re busy, however my boss who was exposed with me her appointment was at 11:30 and she wasn’t texted until 3:26 pm to come inside and get tested- where’s the logic? Also it’s been coming up on 4 hours now and no results- not a huge deal- EXCEPT I was guaranteed results in 20 minutes, and nobody will answer the phone after numerous phone calls. RecommendedOmg! Everyone was so nice and professional. Went for the first time 12/27/20 unexpectedly. Dr. Jonathan Head, M.D. explained everything and even showed me an article on his computer to reinforce how his treatment plan would help. Asked me to call him back if things did not change. So impressed. Thank you everyone at AFC in Smyrna for being so kind . I waited for a very long time to be seen for almost 5 minutes. I am not satisfied and I felt like I was being rushed out. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.
