West Springfield site was terrible the young male doctor that I had can't remember his name he was not thorough. I felt like he was rushing me out of the room and I was asking him for certain things and he was denying and asked me why I needed that. Very un professional
Walk-in get seen pretty quickly and everyone is vary nice and professional !
The entire medical and office staff gave me excellent service! They actually made me forget I have the flu. I encourage everyone to visit either the Stop and Shop location in East Longmeadow on Cooley Street or the Union Street Location in West Sprinfield. Even the patients in the waiting area were friendly. Super great environment to be in when you’re sick!
