So I scheduled an appointment here because I had been directly exposed to a family who were all diagnosed with Covid, I had many of the same symptoms that they had, my Dr told me to go to an urgent care facility right away, so, having been at AFC on multiple occasions, I decided to go there. RecommendedThey are quick and to the point once you are seen. I waited for 3 hours to be seem but afterwards was in and out in under 3 minutes for covid testing. Staff needs to speak up as they are quite soft spoken and muffled under their masks.
The most unprofessional, negligent so-called "health care provider" I've ever been to. For what it's worth, I filed an official complaint against this place with the Alabama Department of Public Health. I doubt it was the first and probably won't be the last.
Maaannnnnnn!!!........Don’t go to this place!!.....Horrible wait time (3-5 hours, we waited 3 1/2, some people around 5 hours!).......The front desk girls got bad attitudes!!....If you go for a COVID test, you either have to pay $150.00 out of pocket, or file it on your insurance.
