Even though we arrived right before closing,everyone was extremely courteous, professional and extremely concerned and compassionate. I have never gone there before but if the need ever arises again, you can be sure that's where I will go. Thank you for everything.
Went in today. They were very friendly and fast. Didn't wait more than 10 min before going in a room. P.A. Came in Diagnosed me right away was very kind and knew what she was doing. Will go back anytime. They are great!!!!
First of all I don't go to the doctors or emergency room just to visit. The doctor that saw me needs to go back to school. First order of business better bed side manners. Second read the chart before asking why are you here and preside to tell me I need a specialist. What part of I have an appointment Tuesday but I am in a lot of pain didn't she understand. I scheduled online and was told I would be seen at 7:16. I wasn't seen until about quarter of 8. When I finally got called in, I waited a while for the doctor. She wasn't even in the room 5 minutes, and didn't do a thorough check up. I've been sick for 5 days all she says to me is "Take ibuprofen, nasal spray, and rest." Waste of my time, and not very happy I paid a $30 copay for nothing.
I waited an hour to get in to see the doctor, once in the doctor arrived timely answered all my questions and did a thorough evaluation.
Staff was very professional thorough and compassionate! Highly recommend!
