RecommendedVery efficient staff , quick and professional a young blonde girl I believe her name was Elisa is amazing, I really hope I remember her name. I had my appointment at 4:20pm on December 25th I was there at 3:50pm I believe by 4 I was done . Fantastic Thank you for everything you do for us ❤️

RecommendedThe process is jot clear enough. But the team is very professional and competent.
I just took my daughter in for rapid testing after I was told over the phone that the test without insurance was $150, get there and because she has flu like symptoms the test is now $275!!! Front desk person was very rude and unconcerned. How could the same test cost $125 more than what was quoted over the phone. The waiting room was packed so they are not being cautious having everyone packed on top of each other. Never going there again
Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to truly get the full experience. I called twice on today. The first time I was told to come after 3 for my physical because they were doing Covid-19 testing and didn’t mix patients which was fair. I called at 3:30 to ask if I could get a physical and was advised yes, to come in. I got ready and drove 30 minutes to arrive and to be told that I could not be seen because of the wait time. RecommendedThe staff at Velocity Urgent Care in Rocky Hill were awesome when I needed sutures after cutting my thumb. They were all very friendly, caring and quickly got me in for evaluation. A special thanks to Will and Tara, who treated me with kindness and efficiency. As odd as it might sound, I actually enjoyed my visit! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs urgent care in Rocky Hill. Thanks so much!
