If I couldn't see my PCP, this is the place to go! So impressed with the MD that took care of me. Very timely, friendly, caring knowledgeable staff. I Highly recomend it here.
I visited the urgent care center in West Springfield and received wonderful service. The main difference here from other clinics I have been to is that I felt everyone truly cared. I would highly recommend!

Went there today, the girls up front were extremely nice, nurse and PA very nice and professional as well!! I had to call back with a question, they got back to me within 15 minutes. That’s better than my primary who couldn’t see me cause they were booked today! Thanks for the great care!
This was my second visit to AFC Urgent Care and both times they have been professional, friendly and timely. Recently in and out within an hour and a half. Exam, xrays and splinting of broken bone in my right hand 😯. Too much fun in Disney. Fortunately on our last day and not our first🙃. Would recommend this staff any day!

Went here in the behests of my employer after I fell at work. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Found a fracture in my knee. Wrapped me up and sent me to the er right away. Wish they could have fully helped me instead of Baystate. Baystate could learn a thing or two from these staffers!!! Thank you
