I went to the AFC Urgent Care Springfield. I was very satisfied with my visit from my arrival to my leaving. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, supportive and understanding. This is my second or third time going there and I will not hesitate to go there again.
The second I walked up to the front desk, the lady was pleasant and offered me a water. She even came to my seat to collect my paperwork because I was coughing so much. The doctor and radiology tech were just as nice. I really recommend going to AFC urgent care first!

I had to make 2 trips there and they were great both times. very short wait. Robin was really good. She covered everything possible that it could be. advised me how to take Care of. called me the next morning to see how I was. Another woman called with results of blood. sorry I did not get her name. advised me of diet for future. I would recommend for anyone to go here
Maria in Springfield was awesome!! Very thorough and gave me medicine that made my back spasm much better!! I highly recommended her!!!

Came in a few weeks ago with my friend and the nurse named jacky was super rude and not friendly to us like the whole time, but the doctor was awesome
I was on my way to a different urgent care facility but as I walked out my front door my neighbor waved and asked how I was. I told her I thought I had a tick bite so I was headed to urgent care. She said - you’re going to AFC, right? I said I don’t know of them. She said “I highly recommend them, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.” I feel very fortunate that we had our quick conversation.
