First visit was quick But when I asked for a follow app I was seen for less than a minute and essentially kicked out with a referral. Don't know what changed. Also the receptionist doesn't know the difference between narcotics and muscle relaxers. Currently in major pain. Was pretty told tough luck go somewhere else. Update: finally got diagnosed correctly through another medical services provided and already feel better 12 hours. No thanks to afc. Would it zero stars if u could.

AFC Urgent Care in Spfld.....Convenient for me; professional, friendly, very helpful staff. Little waiting time; can always be seen same day vs. ur primary and having to wait days/week for an appt.
I would definitely recommend urgent care. I was in and out in 30 minutes and the staff were very friendly and sympathetic.
When My Primary is not available...this is the only place I'll go. I've been going there since they opened and they have always taken care of me better than anyone else. Can' say enough about the Springfield facility or their team. Thank you for taking care of me and making me feel well attended too.
The staff are very friendly, efficient and makes you feel that they are ready to help. I really appreciate the care I received.
