Misdiagnosed me and when I went back for them to fix their mistake, they tried to charge me $80 after not even putting me into the reception system for 40 minutes after I had arrived. Frustrating.

An hour and a half wait after I was admitted to a treatment room. And very poor bedside manner. The physician, Kimberly Pickett, walked in, did not introduce herself, asked what I was there for (my foot was hurting), and then starting poking at my foot without asking if it's tender or painful or really anything. Her exam lasted all of 60 seconds. It took her longer to write a prescription than it did for her to assess me. This staff with Dr Ballard are simply incredible. They have basically taken the place of my PCP. There might be a wait at times, but this is expected in this area of Healthcare. They treat you like a human being, not just a number like most places. They call within days to follow up. Just wanted to say thanks to Dr Ballard and her nurse, I think her name is Tera or Tara. They are really great at what they do. I plan on using them from now on. David Turner, Chattanooga.

Both my wife and I have visited this location on numerous occasions and have received excellent care from Dr. Ballard. Yesterday was no exception. It is such a comfort to have a place to get excellent medical care when we don't have access to our primary care physician.

I have been to two locations, Hixson and Gunbarrel Rd, boh times were extremely busy and yes, I had to wait a bit but it was not because the staff was slow or lazy. The place was packed and they did the best they could. I will continue to go here whenever I can and I highly recommend it.
