RecommendedI could not have had a better experience! The ladies at the front dest were so kind! I was called back to an examining room very quickly. Melissa, the medical assistant was great! And Dr. Ballard, well Dr. Ballard, she is a wonderful physician! I'm glad I have such a facility nearby in case I ever need them.

The front desk staff, nursing staff, and doctors are perfection. I’m waiting for my primary care doctor to open her business, so I’ve been going here if I feel sick. Everyone is so nice and so helpful! The follow up call to check on you makes me feel like they actually care. They make you feel so welcomed and that they really do care about you.

I went to the AFC urgent care in Ftoglethorpe Ga. on Wednesday 5-23-19 I had a fever was congested and had a wicked cough... so the doctor comes in looks at my ears, my throat and listens to my lungs .., he tells me I have a sinus drainage and gives me antibiotics... no blood work no X-rays just a prescription... 2 days later I’m admitted to the hospital with a very bad viral pneumonia......very disappointed and upset 😡

Just couldn't wait for you to call and see how I was. I'm fine now, thank you. This isn't because of your amazing care and knowledge. It took me two visits but I finally TOLD your Doogie Houser doctors who clearly graduated over the weekend and just walked right into a clinic to attempt to help humankind....I mean did they have their cap and gown on under their "doctor" coat? anyhoo...once they finally listened to me and prescribed the antibiotics I was told I didn't need the first time around I am better ...literally in a 1... read more

The staff is professional and efficient. The providers that I have seen were personable, competent, helpful and prescribed effective treatment. The clinic followed up with a call to check on my status. Also appreciated is that the waiting area has a section for sick folks and another for those not ill, which is comforting for those with injuries etc., so not so much at risk for contracting an illness.

I had a very good experience ! I was in & out in less than an hour! That’s having a breathing treatment, steroid shot , antibiotics,& inhaler to go! They were very good! Highly recommend it!!
