please research Advenir worst place in denver to live pool was closed all last summer property manager hung up on me after yelling at me trash every where washers never worked manager said it was OUR responsability to call and get them fixed yelling children all hrs of the night terrible high priced place
Advenir at Stonepark gets NO STARS from me. The manager Angel Gonzalez is rude and unprofessional and she lies!! I have had several maintenance concerns and NONE have been addressed. I am having to follow up 2-3 times at the office as if I work there. The hallways are trashy due to the valet trash service that we pay for, the gates have been broke almost the whole time I have lived here and cars are being vandalized. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
This is the absolute worst complex I've ever lived in. Things are constantly broken because the building is so outdated. We were told that our heater couldn't be fixed until summer! The worst part is the roaches and bedbugs that management brushes off as a small inconvenience. Advenir, when the only positive reviews you have are from your own staff, it's probably time to reevaluate.
