Well you see recently moved into one of their apartments in Denver Colorado and specifically asked if their were any cockroaches after the article claiming 4 Advenir locations in Denver stated Advenir new about the problems with rodents bugs and mold and did nothing. So we asked in order to make sure that this wouldn’t be the case for us. Boy we’re we lied to. They said they had “no idea which is learnt the lie. Oh and how do they scam more money out of you? Well they ask for a 2700 lease cancelation fee.
when i broke my lease they told me they would send me the proper paperwork to pay the fees in order to break it.but never did just sent it to collections because its easier than doing their job. messed with my credit.

Staff and maintenance are caring, trustworthy and friendly. The property is kept orderly and all issues are always addressed quickly and efficiently. If you are looking to rent, I would recommend this exceptionally convenient Venice location.
