I just started working at Advenir a month ago. It has been such a great experience. I have had nothing but support from my co-workers and the home office. What a great bunch of people to work with! Looking forward to growing with Advenir!
I love working at Advenir! I've been given all the tools necessary to be successful and they provide you with all the support you need/want. Only thing I'd change is the uniforms, however I completely understand why they do so since not everyone knows how to dress office appropriate. And I'll happily wear them in order to work for such a great company! So excited for my future with Advenir!
Extremely unhappy with this entire company. From the leasing agents and manager at the Advenir complex, to the way higher management deals with tenant issues. I have had many problems in my short stay at an Advenir property... And nothing was offered in exchange for the horrendous service and false promises made by the property staff. I HIGHLY suggest this company taking a long and hard look at the many ways they can make the experience for tenants more pleasant and accommodating.
I live at the Advenir at Walnut Creek. The management here is terrible. I have attempted to reach out to corporate but have not received a call back. The general manager of the property is unethical at best. I turned in my notice to vacate eight months ago, and as it got closer to time she manipulated my notice without my permission. Then they lost my move-in check list and when I went in to speak to her about it, she attempted to hand me a blank form that she had forged my signature on. The Advenir that I am stuck at is terrible. I have been waiting since August to sign a lease for the current contract period. I would like to be protected by signing something. Instead, I have been told that so and so has been on vacation so it is taking months for people to get their leases. In addition, the staff is unorganized and continually forgets to do things. You have to bug them for a week before anything gets done.
I live at advenir at la costa. The front office is either severely under staffed, or the more probable is that they don't get anything done besides signing leases. I dread every time I walk in there with an issue. It took 3 weeks to get my dryer fixed. They have these big signs out front that say refer a friend and receive $500. They did not have an apt available to show my Co worker so I literally did all the selling all they did was quote him a price and have him sign.
